The Founder's Favorites Experience features a selection of our most-loved caviar varieties, thoughtfully paired with traditional accompaniments for a refined tasting at home. Whether you're hosting friends, marking a special occasion, or simply indulging in something extraordinary, this experience offers an approachable way to explore the nuances of premium caviar.

Each experience includes:

Four 1 oz jars of caviar
Two packages of traditional blinis
Two containers of crème fraîche
Four mother-of-pearl tasting spoons
Serving recommendations and storage instructions

Designed to serve 4–6 guests, this tasting experience invites conversation, comparison, and the simple pleasure of slowing down and savoring something exceptional together.

To ensure the best tasting experience, keep caviar refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Store unopened caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator between 28°F and 32°F. Once opened, enjoy within 1–3 days for optimal freshness and flavor.

For serving, remove caviar from the refrigerator approximately 10 minutes before enjoying. Serve chilled and avoid using metal utensils whenever possible, as they may affect the flavor.

Each tasting kit is designed to be enjoyed fresh and should not be frozen.
